1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard - 5–7 business days $5.00
Expedited - 2–4 business days $8.00
Next Day - Next business day $12.00

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

International shipping is not available at this time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.
5. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:

Include your order number and any relevant photos of the damage.

6. Lost Packages
If your package is lost due to the carrier

We will refund any packages lost in the mail due to carrier issues.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. There will be no refunds given to those with incorrect addresses.
