At Kahrs Trading Cards, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. All Sales Are Final (With Exceptions)
Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, all sales are considered final. However, we will make exceptions under the following circumstances:

The item arrives damaged

The item was incorrectly shipped (wrong product)
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing:

Photos of the item and packaging

A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved:

A replacement (if available), or
-
A refund to your original payment method
3. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. There will be no refunds given to those with incorrect addresses.
4. Return Shipping
If a return is approved:

We will provide instructions for how and where to send your return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Opened or unsealed packs/products

Cards damaged by customer

Cards listed as “sold as-is” or “damaged”

Custom orders or special edition items
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

First, check with your bank or credit card company.

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
